FOREVER AFTER: THE FEATURE DOCUMENTARY

We are currently in the making of a feature documentary about the effects of the Holocaust on descendants of Holocaust Survivors around the world. The majority of Forever After Project, Inc.’s time is being spent in the actual production of the documentary “Forever After”. This is taking place in several different cities around the world and will continue as soon as we have completed our fundraising efforts.

The film is Executive Produced by Elizabeth Kahn and her daughter, Helene Kahn, founders of Forever After Project Inc. and daughter and granddaughter of Holocaust survivor Nanette Blitz Konig. Both have dedicated many years to Holocaust education worldwide.

A grandchild of survivors Alexandra Blom, expresses in an e-mail to Elizabeth Kahn and Helene Kahn Achour, her emotions and views triggered by her legacy of the Holocaust.

The highly skilled production team includes Directors, Adam Rubin and Adrian Belic (nominated for an Academy Award for Best Feature Documentary in 2000) to handle the creation of the film.

They bring with them two consultants, Hans Proppe and Melissa Mueller. Hans is the Emmy Award winning producer of the mini- series, and Melissa is the author of the “Biography of Anne Frank” upon which the miniseries is based.

ABOUT THE FILM

Forever After is the story of how this tragic event has shaped the lives not only of those who experienced it first hand, but their descendants as well. For the first time, we capture a glimpse into the complex psychology of the Descendents of the Survivors of the Holocaust, and how the environment they have grown up in influences how they determine their place in the world and their outlook on life and the future.

For more detailed information on this documentary feature please go to the official site of the film.

Forever After Project, Inc. has as its charitable purpose to eliminate prejudice and discrimination by keeping the memory of the Holocaust alive. Initially, our intention is to provide a vehicle for Descendants of the Holocaust to share with the public their perspectives and their commitment to not allow the memory of this most terrible event in the history of mankind to become lost or forgotten. Over time this may take the form of various diverse projects.
